摘要
目的:观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫合并抑郁障碍患者的效果。方法:选取104例癫痫合并抑郁障碍患者为研究对象。按照入院顺序分成对照组和观察组各52例。对照组给予奥卡西平治疗,观察组给予舒肝解郁胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗,比较两组疗效,治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、癫痫患者生命质量评定量表(QOLIE-31)评分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%(50/52),明显高于对照组的78.85%(41/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HAMD评分低于对照组,QOLIE-31评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫合并抑郁障碍患者效果优于单用奥卡西平,可提高患者抗癫痫效果,缓解抑郁情绪,改善患者生命质量,且用药安全。
Objective:To investigate effects of Shugan Jieyu capsules on patients with epilepsy and depression.Methods:104 patients with epilepsy and depressive disorder admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with Oxcarbazepine,while the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with Oxcarbazepine.The clinical effects,the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score before and after the treatment,the quality of life(QOLIE-31)score in the epilepsy patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.15%(50/52),which was significantly higher than 78.85%(41/52)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the QOLIE-31 score was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shugan Jieyu capsules are superior to Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of the patients with epilepsy,which can improve the anti-epileptic effects and relieve depression,thereby improving their quality of life with good safety.
