摘要
"互联网+"作为一种新的经济形态,对当代社会生活和经济带来了深刻影响。将互联网的创新思维融合于行业之中,实现经济的新活力和创造力。与此同时,"互联网+"也为精准扶贫带来契机。文章分析了黑龙江省精准扶贫工作存在的问题,结合"互联网+"理念提出了一些改进建议。
The"Internet+",as a new economic form,has a profound impact on contemporary social life and economy.The innovative thinking of the Internet is integrated into the industry to realize the new vitality and creativity of the economy.At the same time,"Internet+"also brings opportunities for targeted poverty alleviation.This paper analyzes the problems of targeted poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement combined with the concept of"Internet+".
