摘要
目的:探讨产后卵巢静脉血栓(Postpartum ovarian vein thrombosis,POVT)的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法:对5例临床确诊POVT的患者在1-30d内进行CT检查,并对POVT的影像表现进行总结。结果:5例患者均有卵巢静脉血栓,CT平扫表现为卵巢静脉内条形高密度填充,其中1例增强CT表现为卵巢静脉内条形充盈缺损。1例表现为双侧POVT,4例表现为单侧POVT。4例单侧均为右侧POVT。结论:POVT的CT表现比较直观。CT可清楚显示POVT的病变部位、范围和轮廓,增强CT有助于POVT的鉴别诊断。
Objective:To investigate CT manifestations and diagnostic value of Postpartum ovarian vein thrombosis(POVT).Methods:Five patients with clinical diagnosis of POVT were examined by CT within 1-30 days, and the imaging findings of POVT were summarized.Results:All 5 patients had ovarian vein thrombosis,CT plain scan showed high density filling in ovarian vein, one of which showed the defect of the strip filling in the ovarian vein.One case showed bilateral POVT and four cases showed unilateral POVT.All four cases were right POVT.Conclusion:CT performance of POVT is more intuitive.CT can clearly show the lesion location, range and contour of POVT,Enhanced CT is helpful for differential diagnosis of POVT.
