摘要
目的:对MRI诊断强直性脊柱炎骶骼关节病变的应用价值进行分析和观察。方法:本次研究中共计选取分析了2016年1月到2020年4月期间在我院采取了强直性脊柱炎骶骼关节病变治疗的186例患者资料,分别对所有患者进行MRI检查以及CT检查,以患者臮病理诊断结果为准,对比两种检查方式在强直性脊柱炎骶骼关节病变疾病的诊断效果。结果:MRI检查方式中患者的诊断准确率、特异度以及敏感度均高于CT检查方式,两种检查方式中数据对比差异存在意义(P<0.05)。两种不同检查方式中,在Ⅳ级病变当中的检出概率对比差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),在0级患至Ⅲ级病变当中,MRI检查方式的检出概率高于CT检查方式,两种检查方式中数据对比差异存在意义(P<0.05)。MRI检查方式在骨质异常情况之中的检出概率高于CT检查方式。两种检查方式中数据对比差异存在意义(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断强直性脊柱炎骶骼关节病变患者时,使用MRI检查方式具有显著效果,尤其在早期的骶骼关节病变当中,具有比较好的优势,值得在临床进行推广。
Objective:To analyze and observe the value of MRI in the diagnosis of sacroiliac joint disease of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:In this study, a total of 186 patients who underwent ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint disease treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2020 were analyzed. All patients were examined by MRI and CT. Based on the patient’s sacral pathology diagnosis results, the two diagnostic methods were compared in the diagnosis of sacroiliac joint disease of ankylosing spondylitis.Results:The diagnostic accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity of the patients in the MRI examination were higher than those in the CT examination. There was a significant difference in the data comparison between the two examinations(P<0.05). Among the two different examination methods, there was no statistical difference in the detection probability among grade IV lesions(P>0.05). Among grade 0 to grade III lesions, the detection probability of MRI was higher than that of CT. Method, there is a significant difference in data comparison between the two inspection methods(P<0.05). The detection probability of MRI in bone abnormalities is higher than that of CT. There is a significant difference in data comparison between the two inspection methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of patients with sacroiliac joint disease of ankylosing spondylitis, the use of MRI has a significant effect, especially in early sacroiliac joint disease, which has better advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion.
