摘要
为了提高法学专业线上实践教学水平,完善和优化高校法学专业虚拟实践平台刻不容缓。但通过考察来看,法学专业虚拟实践平台建设还存在与实际不相适合的问题:在研究层面,目前学者们对该问题的研究,还存在未能准确把握高校法学专业虚拟实践教学平台建设的现实尺度等缺陷;在实践层面,还存在高校自主建设虚拟实践教学平台少,借用公共平台多,平台缺乏针对性,难以满足法学专业线上实践教学需要等问题。提出了应立足新时代我国高等法学人才教育培养的新理念、新要求,对高校法学专业虚拟实践教育平台的模块、用户分类等进行科学规划的建议。
To improve the online practice teaching of the law major,it is urgent to improve and optimize the virtual practice platform of law major in colleges and universities.But through the investigation,there are still problems in the construction of virtual practice platform for law majors that are not suitable in reality.At the research level,at present,scholars have not accurately grasped the actual scale of the construction of virtual practice teaching platform for law majors in colleges and universities;at the practice level,there are only a few self-built virtual practice teaching platforms while many public platforms are borrowed.Lacking in pertinence,it is difficult to meet the online practice needs of law majors.It puts forward the new ideas and new requirements for the education and training of higher law talents in the new era,and proposes scientific planning for the sections and user classifications of the virtual practice education platform for law majors.
