摘要
切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷110工法是一项具有安全高效、资源节约、环境友好等优势的新型开采技术。为了全面评估110工法的综合效益,建立了基于层次分析法和可拓理论的110工法综合效益模糊评价模型。首先,基于SMART原则,从4个维度、3个方面建立了符合110工法综合效益评价的指标体系;其次,通过专家打分法和参考煤炭行业相关标准,利用层次分析法和可拓理论确定各指标体系的模糊权重向量和隶属度矩阵;最后,将二者进行模糊合成运算,利用隶属度最大原则确定评价结果。以某煤矿为实例对其采用110工法后的综合效益进行评判,综合评价结果为优,与现场实际应用情况相吻合,不仅表明了110工法具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益,而且验证了所建立指标体系和评价模型的可行性,为煤矿企业的投资决策提供了良好的依据。
The 110 mining method(non-pillar self-formed roadway after roof cutting and pressure relief)is a new mining technology with the advantages of safety,efficiency,resource saving and environmental friendly.In order to fully evaluate the comprehensive benefits of 110 mining method,a fuzzy evaluation model based on AHP and extension theory was established.First of all,based on the principle of SMART,a index system of comprehensive benefit evaluation for 110 mining method was established from four dimensions and three aspects.Secondly,the fuzzy weight vector and membership matrix of each index system were determined by using AHP and extension theory through expert scoring method and referring to relevant standards of coal industry.Finally,the fuzzy synthetic operation was carried out,and the evaluation result was determined by the maximum membership principle.Taking a coal mine as an example,the comprehensive benefit of 110 mining method was evaluated.The comprehensive evaluation result was excellent,which was consistent with the actual application on site.The result not only shows that the 110 mining method has good economic,social and ecological benefits,but also verifies the feasibility of index system and evaluation model in this paper,which can provide a good basis for investment decision of coal enterprises.
