摘要
目的:探讨养血祛斑汤配合中药面膜外敷对黄褐斑的疗效,并分析疗效的影响因素。方法:选择2018年10月-2019年9月在本院接受治疗的黄褐斑患者100例进行研究。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组50例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用养血祛斑汤内服配合中药面膜外敷治疗。比较两组疗效,收集观察组性别、年龄等可影响黄褐斑的影响因素,分析不同因素对黄褐斑疗效的影响,单因素分析行χ^2检验,多因素分析行Logistic回归。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组单因素分析结果显示,黄褐斑患者病程、电脑辐射暴露、防晒用品使用情况、避孕药服用情况,以及浓茶、咖啡饮用情况的不同疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,使用防晒用品为黄褐斑临床疗效的保护因素,服用避孕药为危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:养血祛斑汤配合中药面膜外敷联合西医治疗可明显提高黄褐斑疗效,同时使用防晒用品、服用避孕药均对黄褐斑的治疗有显著的影响,临床上应注意对上述因素进行干预。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yangxue Quban Decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine mask on melasma,and to analyze the influencing factors of efficacy.Method:One hundred patients with melasma who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected for study.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yangxue Quban Decoction orally and traditional Chinese medicine mask on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effect in two groups was compared.The factors affecting the melasma were collected in the observation group,including the influence of different factors on the efficacy of melasma.Chi-square test was used for univariate analysis and Logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis.Result:The total effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that the course of disease,exposure to computer radiation,sunscreen use,contraceptive use,and strong tea and coffee consumption were significant differences(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that use of sunscreen products were protective factors for the clinical efficacy of melasma,and taking contraceptives was a risk factor(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue Quban Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with western medicine treatment can significantly improve the effect of melasma.At the same time,the use of sunscreen products and taking contraceptives have a significant effect on the treatment of melasma.Clinical intervention should be paid attention to the above factors.
