摘要
对机构改革后入河排污口设置管理工作现状、存在的问题进行了梳理,从技术和管理层面提出了入河排污口设置管理的几点建议,以探索更加有效的污染源全过程管理体系。
The current situation and problems of the management of setting up sewage outlet into the river after the institutional reform were examined.Several suggestions were put forward from the aspects of technology and management in order to explore more effective whole process management system of pollution control.
