摘要
滤波电路是最为常用的抑制电磁脉冲干扰的手段之一,就电磁脉冲干扰问题,使用防护滤波的解决机理进行理论分析,并且针对航天器常用的RS422、LVDS、CAN、OC门开关模拟量几种信号接口,给出防护滤波解决方案,并构建试验环境进行静电放电抗扰度测试和辐射敏感度耦合测试。试验结果表明合理的滤波电路对电磁脉冲的防护具有一定意义,尤其是对LVDS等敏感信号效果尤为明显,该研究为航天器的防护滤波设计在工程中应用提供支持。
Filter circuit is one of the most commonly used methods to suppress electromagnetic pulse interfer⁃ence.The mechanism of using filter circuit to solve the problem of electromagnetic pulse interference is analyzed.In order to solve the coupling interference problem of electromagnetic pulse,how to use filter circuit faced the common signal interface in spacecraft,such as RS422,LVDS,CAN and OC gates,is introduced.Then circuit is build and the ESD and sensitivity of radiation coupling is tested.The result proves the feasibility of using filter cir⁃cuit against electromagnetic pulse,especially for sensitive signal like LVDS.A reference for the engineering appli⁃cation in spacecraft is offered.
