摘要
针对当前空压机系统耗能严重且可靠性差的问题,以螺杆式空压机为例,在分析其结构的基础上,运用PLC控制器和变频调速技术实现对设备电气系统的变频改造,同时完成关键硬件的选型,并采取相应的抗干扰措施提升系统的可靠性,最终对改造效果进行验证,结果显示改造后空压机具有理想的节能效果.
In view of the serious energy consumption and poor reliability of the air compressor system at present,taking the screw air compressor as an example,on the basis of analyzing the structure and its present situation,the frequency conversion transformation of the equipment electrical system is realized by using PLC controller and frequency conversion speed regulation technology.
