摘要
当前电子商务企业发展迅速,但依然存在价值提升路径不明晰等问题,以2016—2018年间的18家沪深股上市电商企业相关数据为样本,利用模糊集定性比较分析(fSQCA)方法,尝试从内部企业高管教育背景和外部政府补助角度探讨电子商务企业的价值提升路径。通过将高管教育背景、政府补助、企业结构、行业竞争等七个前因条件纳入分析,得出结果表明:(1)存在六种不同的组合路径促进电子商务企业的价值提升;(2)政府补助、企业结构是促进价值提升的核心条件,高管教育背景起着必要条件的作用;(3)行业竞争程度不同的电子商务企业可以选择不同的价值提升路径,这对电子商务企业的进一步发展和政府完善政策提供了一定的参考建议。
At present,E-commerce enterprises are developing rapidly,but there are still some problems such as unclear value promotion path.Based on the relevant data of 18 listed E-commerce enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market from 2016 to 2018,the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis was used to explore the value promotion path of E-commerce enterprises from the perspective of internal enterprise executive education background and external government subsidies.The results show that:there are six different combination paths to promote the value of E-commerce enterprises;the government subsidies and enterprise structure are the core conditions to promote the value promotion of E-commerce enterprises;E-commerce enterprises with different levels of industry competition can choose different ways to enhance their value,providing some references for the further development of E-commerce enterprises and the improvement of government policies.
