摘要
目的:探讨身体功能训练对提高竞技健美操运动员FMS得分的影响及损伤预防的效度。方法:选取青岛大学和中国海洋大学两支高水平竞技健美操运动队各16名运动员为研究对象,其中中国海洋大学健美操队为实验组,青岛大学健美操队为对照组。对运动员基本动作模式进行FMS测试,根据筛查结果设计符合运动员专项特点的功能性训练计划。对实验组运动员进行为期8周的身体功能性训练,对照组采用传统的体能训练。实验前后对两组运动员FMS得分及其他身体功能动作指标进行对比。结果:经过8周的身体功能训练,实验组运动员FMS得分显著提高,且运动损伤率明显低于对照组;竞技健美操运动员功能动作筛查FMS损伤风险临界值为15.5分,15.5分以上的运动员占59.38%,有将近40%的运动员存在功能障碍。结论:基于FMS测试,可以预测竞技健美操运动员运动损伤风险阈值为15.5分,当竞技健美操运动员FMS总分低于15.5分时,其受伤风险性增高。
Objective:To observe the effect of physical function training on the improvement of FMST’M test and injury prevention of competitive calisthenics athletes.Methods:16 high-level competitive calisthenics athletes from Qingdao University and the Ocean University of China were selected as the research objects.The basic movement mode of athletes was tested by FMST M and a functional training program was designed according to the results of the screening.The athletes in the experimental group were trained in physical function for 8 weeks.The FMSTM scores and other physical function indexes were statistically analyzed after the experiment,compared with the results before.Results:1)After 8 weeks of physical training,the scores of FMST’M of the athletes in the experimental group increased significantly,and the sports injury rate was lower than that of the control group.2)The average score of FMSTM was 15.5;the critical value of damage risk was 59.38%.Furthermore,nearly 40%of the athletes had a functional impairment.Conclusions:1)Based on the FMSTM test,the sports injury risk threshold of competitive calisthenics athletes can be predicted to be 15.5 points.When the total scores of competitive calisthenics athletes are less than 15.5 points,the risk of injury is higher than that of athletes whose total FMSTM.
