摘要
目的:探讨茶皂素软膏剂预防新生儿黄疸患儿蓝光照射治疗后发生臀红的效果。方法:将120例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,对照组常规护理后喷3M液体敷料,保持臀部皮肤清洁、干燥。观察组常规护理后应用茶皂素软膏剂外涂,保持臀部皮肤清洁、干燥。结果:观察组臀红发生例数(4例)明显少于对照组(12例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茶皂素软膏剂为天然、纯绿色植物的提取物,无毒无害无刺激。使用茶皂素软膏剂,可有效预防新生儿臀红的发生,具有操作简单,疗效显著的特点。
Objective:To investigate the effect of tea saponin ointment on preventing buttocks red after blue light irradiation in neonates with jaundice.Methods:Total of 120 cases with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60),the control group was sprayed with 3M liquid dressing after routine nursing to keep the buttock skin clean and dry.After routine nursing,the observation group was treated with tea saponin ointment to keep the buttock skin clean and dry.Results:The number of cases of buttocks red in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tea saponin ointment is a natural and pure green plant extract,non-toxic,harmless and non-irritating.The use of tea saponin ointment can effectively prevent the occurrence of neonatal buttocks red which has the characteristics of simple operation and remarkable curative effect.It is worth popularizing clinically.
