摘要
本文针对我国与国际食品法典(Codex)食用植物油相关标准的异同,采用比较研究的方法,对我国居民消费量最大的3种食用植物油(大豆油、棕榈油、菜籽油)相关的Codex标准及我国国家标准进行了比对。从术语定义、质量及品质、食品添加剂、污染物、真菌毒素、农药残留等指标的分析结果看,我国国家标准与Codex标准在质量品质指标方面一致性较高,在食品安全指标上还存在一定的差异。本文建议加快完善食用植物油产品标准,增加营养成分指标;加大对功能植物油产品的开发以及相应的标准研制;关注植物油中新的食品安全风险因子;积极参与油脂国际标准制定。
Aiming at the similarities and differences on the national and Codex Alimentarius(Codex)standards of edible vegetable oil products,this article compares the standards related to three edible vegetable oils(soya bean oil,palm oil,rapeseed oil),using a comparative research method.The three oils have the largest consumption in China.As a result of the analysis of the terms,quality,food additives,contaminants,mycotoxins,pesticide residues,the national standards and Codex standards have high consistency in quality indicators,and there are still certain difference in food safety indicators.This paper suggests on improving supplement nutrition index in China's vegetable oil standards,increasing the development of functional vegetable oil products and corresponding standards,focusing on new food safety risk factors in vegetable oils,and taking active part in the development of international standards on oils.
