摘要
类矩形盾构隧道具有空间利用率高、覆土浅等优势,在城市轨道交通工程中的应用越来越广泛,但随着盾构覆土越来越浅,类矩形盾构面临着超浅覆土接收施工技术难题。在类矩形盾构超浅覆土接收施工过程中,若施工参数设置不当,则易造成类矩形隧道变形、上浮、盾构姿态偏差较大、地表沉降较大及洞门渗漏等现象。基于此,文章依托宁波市轨道交通4号线某出入段工程,分析并总结了类矩形盾构超浅覆土接收施工关键技术措施及参数,为后续类似类矩形盾构施工积累工程经验和提供相关技术参考及依据。
Shield construction is widely used with the rapid development of urban rail transit and increasing of urban underground space development day by day.Benefits from its advantages such as high space utilization and shallow overburden,the quasi-rectangular shield tunnel is more and more widely used in urban rail transit engineering,while it brings about the difficulty of receiving the quasi-rectangular shield with super shallow overburden and it is easy to cause deformation,uplift of the tunnel and large deviation of the attitude of the quasi-rectangular shield,large surface settlement and leakage of tunnel portal if the construction parameters are not set properly.Based on a certain access section project of Ningbo rail transit line 4,the key technical measures and parameters of receiving construction of the quasi-rectangular shield tunnel with super-shallow overburden are analyzed and summarized.
