摘要
隧道施工过程存在环境多变、受力复杂、数据庞杂、协调困难等诸多影响因素,设计阶段的理论设计模型与施工状态以及后续运维的实际“施工模型”往往变化较大且持续变化,从而带来安全、进度、质量、费用等方面的风险和损失。文章针对隧道施工管理中痛点问题,基于动态参数化三维建模技术,依据便于理解的工程语义定义的参数对施工中的隧道进行动态建模,进而通过三维模型实现对隧道施工过程监测的信息高效集成、实时反映施工状态、动态工程量计算和风险评估决策等功能,并在新建常益长铁路龚家村隧道和南庵山隧道工程中进行了示范应用,取得了良好效果。
Due to many influencing factors like variable environment,complex stress condition,much and trivial data,difficulty in work coordination,etc.during tunnel construction,the theoretical design data model for the design phase often has much difference from the construction status as well as the actual construction model for subsequent operations,with characteristics of continuously changing of difference,resulting in the risk and loss in terms of safety,progress,quality,cost,etc.Focusing on pain spot problems in tunnel construction management,this paper proposes a method of dynamic tunnel modeling which leverages with the dynamic 3D parametric modeling technology and complies with the engineer-easy-to-understand parameters defined in engineering semantics.As the result,it realizes many functions like efficient integration of tunnel construction monitoring information,real-time reflection of construction status by 3D tunnel model,dynamic engineering quantity calculation,and risk assessment&decision-making.Good results have been achieved through demonstration and application in Gongjiacun tunnel and Nananshan tunnel projects on the newly-built Changyichang railway.
