摘要
建立了柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法测定饲料中丁二酮的检测方法。饲料样品中丁二酮经乙腈提取,在酸性条件下与2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生,以乙腈和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用C18色谱柱分离。丁二酮的回收率为93.4%~107.9%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~3.2%,该方法稳定可靠,适用于饲料中丁二酮含量的快速测定。
A method was developed for the determination of 2,3-butanedione in feeds by pre-column derivatization high performance liquid chromatography.Butanedione in samples were extracted with acetonitrile,which reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazide(DNPH)solution under acid condition.The target analytes were separated by C18 column with gradient elution using water and acetonitrile.The average recoveries of the target analytes in feeds at three spiked levels were in the range 93.4%~107.9%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 2.0%~3.2%.The simplicity,sensitivity and good precision of the method that indicated it well be suitable determination of 2,3-butanedione cotent in feeds.
