摘要
为了解决在用电缆测井的时候,仪器在大斜度井或水平井无法依靠自身重力自由下达井底,文章研究设计了一种新型泵送接头,分析了测井仪器在大斜度井或水平井段的受力情况,计算了加泵送接头前后流体下推力的大小,提出了一种利用钻具管串输送,钻具管串与井筒环空之间可建立循环的特点,开泵推动组合仪器串到目的层的方法。实验结果表明,针对复杂的大斜度井或水平井,该方法能安全、顺利、高效地完成测井作业。
In order to solve the problem that the instrument can not reach the bottom of the well freely by its own gravity when using cable logging,this paper studies and designs a new pumping joint,analyzes the force of the logging instrument in the large slope well or horizontal well section,calculates the thrust of the fluid before and after the pumping joint,and puts forward a method of using drilling pipe string transportation,using the characteristics of circulation between drilling pipe string and wellbore ring air,and driving the combined instrument combined instrument to the target layer.The experimental results show that this method can complete logging operation safely,smoothly and efficiently for complex large slope wells or horizontal wells.
