摘要
婚姻观念与制度的运行直接关乎婚姻家庭质量。是社会稳定发展的基础,而婚姻又是家庭组成的关键环节和前提条件,是人类最基本的社会关系,婚姻关系决定了家庭的美满幸福程度。近现代婚姻观念与制度与时俱进,我国婚姻观念制度不断更新,建立稳定美满的婚姻关系必须要有制度的保障。
The operation of marriage concept and institution is directly related to the quality of marriage and family,and it is the basis of social stability and development.Marriage is the key link and prerequisite of family composition,as well as the most basic social relationship of human beings.Marriage relationship determines family happiness.Modern marriage concept and institution are constantly updated,keeping pace with the times.The establishment of a stable and happy marriage relationship should be guaranteed by institutional protection.
