摘要
目的:分析在老年脑梗死急性期睡眠障碍患者中应用康复治疗对动态血压的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月新疆生产建设兵团医院收治的老年脑梗死急性期睡眠障碍患者95例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受康复治疗,观察治疗前后患者睡眠质量和动态血压变化情况。结果:治疗后入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、日间功能以及总分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后昼间脉压、夜间脉压、24 h脉压、24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复治疗应用于老年脑梗死急性期睡眠障碍患者中,能够有效调节动态血压,改善睡眠质量,应用价值明显。
Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation therapy on ambulatory blood pressure in the elderly patients with sleep disorders in the acute phase of cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,95 elderly patients with sleep disorders in acute stage of cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with rehabilitation therapy.The changes of sleep quality and ambulatory blood pressure were observed before and after treatment.Results:Sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,daytime function and total score after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,daytime pulse pressure,nighttime pulse pressure,24 h pulse pressure,24 h average systolic pressure and 24 h average diastolic pressure were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation therapy can effectively regulate ambulatory blood pressure and improve sleep quality in the elderly patients with sleep disorders in the acute stage of cerebral infarction.
