摘要
2型糖尿病的发病率已经呈现出逐年上升的趋势,严重威胁着人类的健康,其发展过程中产生的并发症高达100多种,是目前已知并发症中最多的一种疾病,其中包括脂肪性肝病、心脑血管疾病、肾脏病变、神经病变、皮肤病变等。目前临床上以西医药进行系统性的治疗为主,但是西医药治疗并不能有效改善2型糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展;中医药在2型糖尿病及其并发症的治疗方面,疗效肯定;因而中医药对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的治疗值得探讨。在现已知的研究中发现滋阴益气、活血解毒等中医治则治法可以减缓2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发生发展。2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的中医病因病机,是确定其治则的基础和依据,因而对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病的中医病因病机及防治进行探讨具有重要意义。
The incidence of type 2 diabetes has been showing a rising trend year by year.It seriously threat human health,since more than one hundred complication will occur during it development.It is the most known complication of diseases,including fatty liver disease,cardiovascular disease,kidney disease,neuropathy,skin lesions,etc.At present,western medicine was mainly used for systematic treatment,however it cannot completely improve the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes and its complications.TCM has a positive curative effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications.Therefore,the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with traditional Chinese medicine is worth discussing.From known research Nourishing yin and invigorating qi,and promoting blood circulation and detoxication therapeutic principle of TCM treatment can slow the type 2 diabetes mellitus and the occurrence/development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.The etiology and pathogenesis of TCM of type 2 diabetes mellitus and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,are the basis of its therapeutic and basis;and type 2 diabetes mellitus and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of TCM etiology and pathogenesis and prevention research are of great significance.
