摘要
为了提高柴油的十六烷值,降低油品中的硫含量,制备一种高活性加氢改质催化剂。该催化剂成分包括USY分子筛为主要的裂化成分,氧化铝水合物拟薄水铝石为载体的主体成分,Ni和W的盐类和氧化物为活性组分并且添加P元素作为助剂。在工艺条件温度340℃,压力6.0 MPa,空速1.0 h-1,氢油体积比600的条件下,柴油十六烷值提高6个单位,硫含量降低且保证柴油收率在97%。这种催化剂制备方法可操作性较强,易于进行工业放大,增加了柴油的附加值,提高经济效益。
In order to improve the cetane number and reduce sulfur content of diesel,a highly active hydroupgrading catalyst was prepared.The catalyst consists of USY zeolite,pseudo boehmite,salts and oxides of Ni and W,and P.Under the conditions of 340℃,6.0 MPa,space velocity 1.0 h-1,hydrogen oil volme ratio 600,the cetane number of the catalyst increased 6 units and the yield of diesel oil was 97%.This catalyst preparation method has strong operability,and is easy to industrial scale-up.The added value of diesel oil increases and economic benefits were improved.
