摘要
目的:观察在输尿管中段结石患者中采用彩超进行有效诊断的诊断效果。方法:选择2017年8月~2019年8月在本院诊断为输尿管中段结石的59例患者,治疗前,对所有患者采用彩超进行相关诊断,观察诊断效果。结果:在59例患者中,经彩超诊断技术诊断显示,确诊为输尿管中段结石患者57例,确诊率为97%,复查确诊的患者2例,复查确诊率为3%。结论:采用彩超对输尿管中段结石患者进行相关诊断,能够有效确定患者结石位置、肾盂和输尿管分离程度,达到为输尿管中段结石治疗提供重要依据的效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of middle ureteral calculi.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,59 patients with middle ureteral calculi in our hospital were selected.Before treatment,all patients were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,and the diagnosis effect was observed.Results:Among the 59 cases,57 cases were diagnosed as middle ureteral calculi by color Doppler ultrasound,the rate of diagnosis was 97%,2 cases were confirmed by reexamination,the rate of reexamination was 3%.Conclusion:The use of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of middle ureteral calculi can effectively determine the location of the calculi,the degree of separation of renal pelvis and ureter,and provide an important basis for the treatment of middle ureteral calculi.
