摘要
目的:评价超声成像技术(USG)评估下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)早期静脉张力的应用价值。方法:选择2016年5月~2019年5月在本院接受检查的140例骨科患者为研究对象,根据DVT发展过程分为正常组(n=33例)、静脉血流速度减低组(n=40例)和DVT组(n=67例)。所有患者均行USG检查,对比各组患者检查结果。结果:DVT组股静脉横截面积、管径周长、股静脉横截面积/管径周长比值与静脉血流速度减低组对比,P<0.05;与正常组患者对比,P<0.05;而正常组与静脉血流速度减低组对比,P>0.05。结论:静脉张力与静脉横截面积、管径周长呈正相关,随着血栓的发展,静脉张力不断增大,而通过超声成像评估可及时观察到静脉张力变化,从而为DVT的诊断、干预提供早期依据。
To evaluate the value of ultrasound imaging technique(USG)in the evaluation of early venous tension in deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremities.Methods:140 orthopaedic patients who were examined in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the development process of DVT,they were divided into normal group(n=33),venous blood velocity reduction group(n=40)and DVT group(n=67).All patients were examined by USG,and the results of each group were compared.Results:Compared with the DVT group,the ratio of femoral vein cross-sectional area,pipe diameter circumference,and femoral vein cross-sectional area/pipe diameter circumference were compared with the DVT group(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,P<0.05.Compared with the normal group and the reduced venous flow velocity group,P>0.05.Conclusion:Venous tension is positively correlated with venous cross-sectional area and pipe diameter circumference.With the development of thrombosis,venous tension increases continuously.However,changes in venous tension can be observed timely through ultrasonic imaging assessment,thus providing early basis for the diagnosis and intervention of DVT.
