X射线光谱技术在医疗器械不锈钢材料检测中的应用

摘要 针对YY/T0294.1《外科器械金属材料第1部分:不锈钢》建立了采用X射线能谱仪快速检测医用不锈钢的检测方法。通过特征谱图分析可以快速鉴定不同类型的不锈钢,极大地提高检测效率。该方法在技术指标不清晰、样品来源不明确的情况下的材料筛选中发挥了重要作用。 In this paper,according to YY/T0294.1“metallic materials for surgical instruments Part 1:stainless steel”,a rapid detection method of medical stainless steel by X-ray spectrometer is established.Different types of stainless steel can be identified quickly by characteristic spectrum analysis,which greatly improves the detection efficiency.This method plays an important role in material selection when the technical index is not clear and the sample source is not clear.
