摘要
目的:研究基于前馈控制的护理干预对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者的影响,为临床护理提供指导。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年9月-2019年9月收治的60例IVF-ET患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,把患者均分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于前馈控制的护理干预。比较两组干预后的妊娠结局、生存质量及满意度。结果:两组优胚率、受精率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组种植率、妊娠率均明显高于对照组,情感职能、心理、躯体和社会功能评分均明显高于对照组,总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于前馈控制的护理干预在IVF-ET患者中应用效果良好,能明显改善患者妊娠结局,提高其生存质量和满意度,值得临床上应用及推广。
Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention based on feedforward control on IVF-ET patients and provide guidance for clinical nursing.Method:A total of 60 cases IVF-ET patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention based on feedforward control.The pregnancy outcome,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups after intervention.Result:The rate of excellent embryo and fertilization were compared between the two groups,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The planting rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the scores of emotional function,psychological,physical and social function were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on feedforward control has a good effect in IVF-ET patients,which can significantly improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,improve their quality of life and satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
