摘要
作为一种受专业壁垒限制的前沿信息技术,区块链将革新商业模式和经济理论,也深刻影响应急物流的发展。文中首先分析我国应急物流中存在的管控机制不完善、缺乏真实有效的信息获取渠道、应急物流运作流程效率低、应急物流成本高、对应急物流知识的普及度较低等诸多方面的制约因素,进而在区块链技术的应用下对应急物流发展的制约因素提出加快应急物流管理机制建设、区块链助力应急物流信息公开透明、技术融合引导应急物流高效发展、区块链降低应急物流成本、实现应急物流常态化等相关的发展对策。
As a cutting-edge information technology limited by professional barriers,blockchain will innovate business model and economic theory,and also profoundly affect the development of emergency logistics.This paper first analyzes the constraints of imperfect management and control mechanism,lack of real and effective information access channels,low efficiency of emergency logistics operation process,high cost of emergency logistics,and low popularity of emergency logistics knowledge.Then,it proposes to speed up emergency logistics management under the application of blockchain technology Mechanism construction,blockchain to promote the transparency of emergency logistics information,technology integration to guide the efficient development of emergency logistics,blockchain to reduce the cost of emergency logistics,realize the normalization of emergency logistics and other related development countermeasures.
