摘要
齿轮传动传动性能对机械设备安全可靠运行具有重要意义。基于赫兹接触与接触有限元接触理论,建立对某设备中某齿轮对进行接触有限元分析的数学模型,基于UG的机械结构仿真环境,搭建了齿轮对的柔性体有限元接触模型,设置两个齿轮的接触算法为增强的拉格朗日法,齿轮接触面摩擦系数为0.1,设置小齿轮扭矩为500 N·m,得到了齿轮对的位移、应变、接触力、接触压力、接触力矩等参数,知晓了齿轮对的位移与应力最大部位,及接触面处的局部应力集中点,为进一步设计优化齿轮对结构尺寸提供了数据和参考。
The transmission performance of gear transmission is of great significance to the safe and reliable operation of mechanical equipment.Based on the Hertzian contact and contact finite element contact theory,a mathematical model for contact finite element analysis of a gear pair in a certain equipment is established.Based on the UG mechanical structure simulation environment,a flexible body finite element contact model of the gear pair is set up.The gear contact algorithm is the enhanced Lagrangian method,the friction coefficient of the gear contact surface is 0.1,the pinion torque is set to 500 N·m,and the displacement,strain,contact force,contact pressure,contact torque and other parameters of the gear pair are obtained.,Know the maximum displacement and stress of the gear pair,and the local stress concentration point at the contact surface,which provides data and reference for further design and optimization of the structural size of the gear pair.
