摘要
本研究利用发动机高温尾气加热醇氢反应釜使其中的甲醇裂解形成醇氢燃料,以替代原机30%的柴油消耗,然后对发动机的外特性、油耗率、碳烟排放特性进行了对比试验研究。试验结果表明:醇氢燃料在船舶柴油机上使用时,与纯柴油相比动力性相当,燃油成本降低了21.21%,碳烟排放降低了34.37%。
In this study,methanol in methanol hydrogen reactor was heated by high temperature exhaust gas of engine to form methanol hydrogen fuel to replace 30%of diesel consumption of original engine.Then,the external characteristics,fuel consumption rate and soot emission characteristics of the engine were compared.The test results show that:when alcohol hydrogen fuel is used in marine diesel engine,compared with pure diesel oil,the fuel cost is reduced by 21.21%,and the soot emission is reduced by 34.37%.
