摘要
基于本田节能大赛规则,对WH1152FMI发动机进气管进行性能优化设计,对不同喷油角度的管道模型用Fluent进行进气仿真,结果显示,在初始阶段,进气管内的气体靠近管壁的流动快,靠近管道截面中心的流动慢,在进气阶段,靠近喷油器一侧管壁的气体流动速度快,并且距离越远(出口边界面上),速度越小。管道内气体流动速度越快,其气压越低;出口处则相反;进气管拐角角度为35°时,管道内的流体流动综合性能最佳。
According to the Honda Eco Racing regulation,WH1152FMI engine inlet pipe is redesigned.Air inlet simulation of the inlet pipe is proceeded in Fluent.The results show that at the beginning,the air by the pipe wall flows more quicikly than the air at the center of the pipe cross section.When at the intake stroke,the flow velocity of air at the spout of the injector is higher than the far air.As the angle of the air intake pipe is 35°,the composite performance is the best.
