摘要
近年来,逆全球化思潮兴起,中美贸易摩擦已成为常态化,再加上新冠肺炎的打击,中国企业赴美投资屡屡受阻,对美投资流量雪崩式下跌。美国为了维护技术霸权和国家安全,更加严格地审查中国企业的投资,中美两国也从互补的产业分工逐渐形成在高新技术领域的竞争关系。中国企业走向国际的道路蜿蜒曲折,中国企业赴美投资的道路满是荆棘。在这种情况下,中国企业如何赴美投资,本文对此进行探讨。
