摘要
华电天仁低压变桨系统已应用于国内上万台风电机组,该系统采用三柜式模块化设计,结构简单,可靠性高,维护方便。但在实际应用中变桨系统安装于风机轮毂中,系统发生故障时,技术人员需要在风速等自然条件允许的情况下上塔处理故障,因此变桨系统故障处理时间相对较长,通过系统的故障分析方法,能够缩短故障处理时间,文章将介绍华电天仁低压变桨系统的故障分析方法。
Huadian Tianren low-voltage pitch system has been applied to tens of thousands of domestic wind turbines.The system adopts a three-cabinet modular design with simple structure,high reliability and easy maintenance.However,in practical applications,the pitch system is installed in the hub of the wind turbine.When the system fails,technicians need to go up to the tower to handle the failure under natural conditions such as wind speed.Therefore,the fault processing time of the pitch system is relatively long.The fault analysis method can shorten the troubleshooting time.The following will introduce the fault analysis method of Huadian Tianren’s low-voltage pitch system.
