660 MW重油机组旁路供汽方式下汽轮机启动过程分析

摘要 对沙特延布三期600 MW重油机组无汽轮机运行旁路供汽方式,启动过程中难点进行了分析、研究,提出合理分配辅汽用量、提前加热除氧器水温、轴封投入参数优化、备用给水泵筒体温差控制、初期投入供汽的要点、MSF回水控制等,保证了旁路供汽方式能启动正常。 This paper analyzes and studies the diffi culties in the starting process of the bypass steam supply mode of the 600 MW heavy oil unit without steam turbine in the third phase of Saudi Yanbu,and puts forward the reasonable distribution of auxiliary steam consumption,the water temperature of the pre-heating deaerator,the optimization of the input parameters of the shaft seal,the temperature difference control of the cylinder body of the spare feed pump,the main points of the initial input steam supply,the MSF backwater control,etc.,which ensures that the bypass steam supply mode can start normally.
