摘要
针对油水井永久式桥塞/封隔器取出和解除时,采用常规套磨铣方式所带来的卡钻、旋转空磨、鱼顶埋没、打捞复杂等问题,开发了套铣打捞一体化复合工具,其通过钻杆连接送入井中,在磨铣永久式桥塞或永久式封隔器时,同步打捞其残件部分,从而阻止残件碎片落井,可避免不必要的卡钻、损伤套管等事故,一次性完成套铣、打捞工作,并在一旦打捞管柱遇卡不能提出时,还可以有效退出,克服了目前普遍采用的常规套铣方式弊端,有利于安全施工,提高了施工效率,缩短施工周期。
In view of the problems of stuck drilling,rotary empty grinding,fish top burying and fishing complexity caused by conventional milling when the permanent bridge plug/packer of oil well is taken out and removed,an integrated tool of casing milling and fishing is developed,which is connected to the well through drill pipe.When milling the permanent bridge plug or the permanent packer,the residual parts can be salvaged at the same time,which helps to prevent the debris from falling into the well,and avoid unnecessary accidents such as stuck drilling and casing damage,complete the casing milling and fishing at one time.When the caught string cannot be raised,it can also exit effectively,overcoming the disadvantages of the conventional casing milling method currently commonly used.It is conducive to safe construction,and improves construction efficiency and shortens construction period.
