摘要
安梨品种表现杂乱,优系较少,果实品质参差不齐,选育新品系并示范推广,对安梨产业发展有重要意义。该试验选取11个安梨优系G12、G16、G17、G19、L5、L6、J21、J22、J23、J24、T50,在秦皇岛市青龙县官场乡、凉水河乡、救军炮村和唐山市进行区域栽培试验,同时,对其果实外观形态、单果重、出汁率等果实品质指标进行测量和测定,并进行质构分析。试验结果表明:11个安梨品系在各方面表现优异,T50综合表现最为突出,适合进一步推广示范;J21出汁率最高,最适合榨汁加工。
The variety of Anli pear is messy and there are few excellent lines.The breeding of new varieties and demonstration and promotion are of great significance to the development of Anli pear industry.In this experiment,11 Anli pear excellent series G12,G16,G17,G19,L5,L6,J21,J22,J23,J24,T50 were selected and promoted in Guanchang Township,Qinglong County,Qinglong County,Liangshuihe Township,Jiujunpao Village and Tangshan City,Qinhuangdao City Demonstration cultivation,at the same time,its fruit appearance,single fruit weight,juice yield,soluble solid content are measured and determined,and texture analysis was performed.The test results showed that the performance of the 11 Anli pear lines used in the promotion and demonstration was due to the traditional cultivation lines.Among the 11 Anli lines,the comprehensive performance of T50 was the most outstanding and suitable for further promotion and demonstration.
