摘要
武汉市实施了“互联网+”不动产登记改革措施,建立了政银服务体系,通过与银行对接实现了不动产登记费的互联网缴纳;并接入湖北省财政电子票据平台,完成了电子票据的开具、传递、查验、入账和归档,满足了统一规范财政电子票据管理的需求。缴款人缴费后,可实时获取电子票据,解决了缴费过程繁杂、票据管理与核销程序繁琐等问题,优化了营商环境,有效缩短了民众窗口的等待时间,提高了服务效率。
Wuhan City implemented the "Internet +" real estate registration reform measures, and built governments/banks service system. Through the connection with the bank, this system realized the online payment of the real estate registration. Through access to the financial e-bill platform of Hubei Province, the system realized e-bill total workflow management including issue, delivery, check, record and archive, which could meet the uniform and regulatory requirements of financial e-bill.
