摘要
为主动缓解路网流量时空不均衡问题,构建基于预约通行的高速公路拥挤度预评价模型和时空优化模型。通过融合车主预约需求数据和历史数据,修正预测交通量并进行拥挤度预评价,建立时空优化模型寻找最优出行时段和线路,利用费率优惠引导车主选择错峰出行。以广深高速和广深沿江高速为背景进行案例分析,结果表明:通过费率优惠引导车主预约并选择错峰出行能有效缓解路网流量的时空不均衡问题;预约平台的市场占有率会对流量分布产生影响;存在一个使路网达到均衡状态的市场占有率,此时路网流量分布情况不再变化。
In order to alleviate the spatial-temporal imbalance of road network traffic volume,this paper constructs a pre-evaluating model of congestion degree and a spatial-temporal optimization model based on highway reservation.The reservation and historical data are fused to predict the traffic volume and pre-evaluate the degree of congestion.A spatial-temporal optimization model is implemented to find the optimal departure time and route,and guide drivers to choose the off-peaks and less congested routes with toll discounts.A case study on Guangshen Highway and Yanjiang Highway reveals some interesting findings:the reservation strategies with toll discounts can effectively alleviate the congestion of highways network.The market sharing rate affects traffic distribution of the highway.There exists an optimal market sharing rate that makes the whole highway network at equilibrium and the distribution of traffic flow no longer changes.
