摘要
面对新冠肺炎疫情,我国充分发挥了“集中力量办大事”的社会主义制度优势,各级政府迅速出击,疫情防控工作得以有序进行,疫情也得到有效控制。但不可否认的是,我国的经济发展也受到了严重冲击。本研究分别从整体和三次产业构成的角度来分析疫情给经济带来的影响,并进一步针对这些影响分别提出了相应的对策。疫情带来了挑战,但每一次挑战也都蕴藏着机遇,除了合理安排复工复产以及一些传统的货币政策和财政政策支持外,我国还应当抓住机会推进产业转型,做好战略部署,为国际抗疫和世界经济复苏提供支援帮助,把挑战转化为机遇。
In the face of the fierce epidemic situation,China has given full play to the advantages of the socialist system of"concentrating on major events".The governments at all levels quickly launched attacks,and the epidemic prevention and control work was carried out orderly,and the spread of the epidemic situation was basically controlled.However,it is undeniable that China's economic development has been seriously impacted.In order to explore the impact of the epidemic on the economy,this study analyzes the impact of the epidemic on the economy from the perspective of the overall and three industrial composition,and further puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Although the epidemic has brought us many challenges,every challenge also contains opportunities.In addition to reasonable arrangements for the resumption of work and production and some traditional monetary and fiscal policies,China should seize the opportunity to promote industrial transformation and make strategic arrangements to provide support for international anti epidemic.
