摘要
CVT变速器动力传递过程连续,平顺性、舒适性优良,获得越来越多消费者的青睐。带轮作为CVT变速器的核心部件,其加工工艺也尤为重要。通过对CVT带轮油缸壁硬车削加工过程中发生振刀的成因进行分析,找出振刀发生的主要原因,经过反复验证,找到了一种有效的解决办法。可供同行业内对CVT带轮以及类似薄壁零件硬车削参考借鉴。
CVT transmission continuous power transmission process,smoothness,excellent comfort,more and more consumers have been favored.Belt wheel is the core part of CVT transmission,and its processing technology is particularly important.Through the analysis of the causes of vibration tool occurring in CVT cylinder wall hard turning,the main causes of vibration tool occurring are found out,and an effective solution is found after repeated verification.It can be used for reference for CVT wheel and similar thin-wall parts hard turning in the same industry.
