摘要
保障用药安全是手术室护理人员的重要工作内容之一。本文通过对影响手术室护理人员安全用药因素的分析,提出了提高手术室安全用药的护理措施:完善药品存储制度,完善药品使用制度,加强护理人员专业技能培训等。通过上述措施的实施,有效提高了手术室用药安全性、护理质量和管理水平。
To ensure the safety of medication is one of the important work contents of nursing staff in operating room.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the safe use of drugs by the nurses in the operating room,this paper puts forward the nursing measures to improve the safe use of drugs in the operating room:improving the drug storage system,improving the drug use system,strengthening the professional skills training of the nurses,etc.Through the implementation of these measures,the medication safety,nursing quality and management level of the operating room are effectively improved.
