护理泛在学习:内涵、价值、资源与路径 被引量:3

摘要 随着信息技术的快速发展,泛在技术在教育中得到广泛应用,为护理泛在学习的发生奠定了基础。护理泛在学习指应用泛在学习的理论、方法,构建适用于护理人员无处不在的、随时随地的、无限制的学习体系,具有可及化、连续化、场景化、精准化的突出特点。目前,护理人员的学习存在重视不够、观念滞后、工学矛盾、资源不足、平台缺乏、政策支撑不力等问题,与社会需求的变化、医学的发展、护理新理念和新技术的进步不相适应。护理泛在学习的相关课程资源不断丰富和技术支持日益优化,为护理泛在学习的发展创造了条件。未来,通过理念更新、平台构建、政策完善,一定能实现全员、全程、全域、全方位的护理无限制学习。 With the rapid development of information technology,application of ubiquitous technology has widely used in education,and laid foundation for the occurance of ubiquitous learning in nursing.Nursing ubiquitous learning refers to the application of ubiquitous learning theories and methods to build a ubiquitous and unlimited learning system which is suitable for nursing staff anytime and anywhere.It has outstanding characteristics of accessibility,continuity,sceneization and precision.At present,there are many problems i n the study of nursing staff,such as insufficient attention,lagging concepts,contradictions in engineering,insufficient resources,lack of platforms and weak policy support.They are not compatible with the changes in social needs,the development of medicine,the advancement of new nursing concepts and new technologies.The curricular resources of nursing ubiquitous learning are constantly enriched and the technical support is increasingly optimized,which creates conditions for the development of ubiquitous learning of nursing.In the future,through the renewal of ideas,the construction of platforms,and the improvement of policy,we will be able to achieve unlimited learning of all nursing staff,the whole course,the whole area,and all-round nursing.
