摘要
在此提出一种输出并联型双Boost半桥逆变器。相对于输出串联方式,该逆变器工作电流仅流经单个电路单元,经过的器件数少,且输入与输出共地,易构建三相系统。此外,通过改进控制策略使得电路在一个周期内的任一时刻只有一个开关管工作于高频状态,减小了开关次数,有效提升了变换器的效率。该逆变器在开关损耗、通态损耗以及体积上都有明显改善。分析了电路的工作原理,对输出桥臂电压的波形进行了谐波分析并由分析结果提出间接控制方案,对变换器进行建模求得其传递函数并设计其环路补偿函数令系统具有良好的稳定性以及动态特性,结合Matlab说明了输入电压对桥臂电压谐波的影响。设计并制作了一台500 W原理样机,实验结果都验证了理论分析的正确性。
An output parallel dual Boost half-bridge inverter is presented.Compared with the output series mode,the inverter’s operating current only flows through a single circuit unit,the number of components passing through it is small,and the input and output share the same ground,making it easy to build a three-phase system.In addition,by improving the control strategy,only one switch tube works at a high frequency state at any time in a cycle,which reduces the number of switching times and effectively improves the efficiency of the converter.The inverter has significant improvements in switching loss,on-state loss,and volume.This article analyzes the working principle of the circuit,performs harmonic analysis on the waveform of the output bridge arm voltage,and proposes an indirect control scheme based on the analysis results.The converter is modeled to obtain its transfer function and its loop compensation function is designed to make the system good stability and dynamic characteristics,combined with Matlab,illustrate the influence of input voltage on bridge arm voltage harmonics.A 500 W prototype prototype is designed and manufactured.Experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
