摘要
伴随高校发展,依法治国的理念也延伸到校园管理中,而且学生管理面临诸多的新课题,要求切实推动理念转变,分析高校现行的各项制度法规,对其进行合理化调整,贯彻服务、平等、以学生为主的服务理念,以正当的程序约束管理行为。还要从学生权利维护的角度,补全权利救济机制,切实推动高校学生权利状况的改变。文中探讨依法治校所面临不足,并提出具体可行的学生管理策略,以期对高校法治管理有所帮助。
With the development of colleges and universities,the concept of rule by law has also been extended to campus management.Moreover,student management is faced with many new problems,which require to promote the change of concept.It is to analyze the current rules and regulations of colleges and universities,and make reasonable adjustment to them,to implement the service concept of equality and student-oriented service.In order to restrain the management behavior with proper procedures,it is to establish and maintain the right relief mechanism from the perspective of students,and effectively promote the change of students’rights status in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the deficiencies of the administration by law,and puts forward some concrete and feasible student management strategies in order to help the administration by law in colleges and universities.
