摘要
习近平关于防范化解重大风险的重要论述科学回答了新时代防范化解重大风险的一系列重大理论和实践问题,丰富和发展了马克思主义风险思想,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容。应着重从理论、历史、价值和实践等四个维度深刻认识和准确把握习近平防范化解重大风险的重要论述:从理论维度看,这是当代中国马克思主义风险思想的最新理论成果;从历史维度看,彰显了新时代中国共产党人的担当精神;从价值维度看,始终坚持以人民为中心的发展思想;从实践维度看,是新时代防范化解重大风险的行动指南。
General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward and systematically expounded a series of major issues such as why we should guard against risks in the new era,focusing on preventing and resolving major risks in any areas,and how to prevent and mitigate major risks.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on preventing and resolving major risks in the new era has scientifically answered a series of important theoretical and practical questions of preventing and resolving major risks in the new era,enriching and developing Marx’s risk thinking,and is an important content of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is needed to focus on the four dimensions of theory,history,value and practice to profoundly understand and accurately grasp Xi Jinping’s important exposition on preventing and resolving major risks in the new era:from the theoretical perspective,it is the latest theoretical achievement of Marx’s risk thinking in contemporary China;from a historical perspective,it shows the spirit of the Chinese communists in the new era;from the perspective of value,it always adheres to it.From the perspective of practice,it is the action guide to prevent and resolve major risks in the new era.
