摘要
针对目前电力系统中PMU量测与SCADA量测长期共存但难以同时使用的现状,引入无迹卡尔曼滤波算法实现混合量测的融合估计。分析混合量测非同步性误差,通过基于PMU的量测变换与相似度序贯对比实现异步量测的同步化;为了解决UKF算法因噪声协方差矩阵偏离实际值而导致滤波效果下降的问题,提出了一种考虑量测异步的鲁棒无迹卡尔曼滤波(RUKF)算法,该滤波算法利用UKF滤波过程的残差矩阵与新息矩阵实现对噪声协方差矩阵进行更新。通过IEEE 30测试系统对RUKF算法进行仿真验证,测试结果表明RUKF算法能够有效跟踪系统波动,降低异常噪声的影响。
Aiming at the problem that PMU measurement and SCADA measurement could not be used synchronously,an unscented Kalman filter algorithm was introduced to realize the fusion estimation of mixed measurement.The non-synchronization error of mixed measurement was analyzed and the synchronization of mixed measurements were realized.In order to solve a series of problems after the introduction of UKF algorithm,a robust unscented Kalman filter(RUKF)algorithm considering measurement asynchrony was proposed,which updated the noise covariance matrix by using the residual matrix and innovation matrix of UKF filtering process.The RUKF algorithm was simulated and verified by IEEE 30 test system.Results showed that the RUKF could effectively track the system fluctuation and reduce the influence of bad data on the filtering process.
