有机融雪剂对SBS改性沥青混合料路用性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为明确有机类融雪剂对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,自主研发NA-cma、BDS-cma和GA-cma三种类型的有机融雪剂,配制20%有机融雪剂溶液,选取氯盐融雪剂和清水作对比,对SBS改性沥青混合料AC-13试件进行干湿和冻融循环浸泡处理,腐蚀后考察沥青混合料的高温车辙、低温弯曲、冻融劈裂和摆式抗滑等性能。结果表明:氯盐和BDS-cma可改善沥青混合料的高温性能,NA-cma和GA-cma会轻微弱化其高温性能;腐蚀后沥青混合料的低温和水稳定性存在不同程度的下降,抗滑值波动较小;融雪剂会降低沥青与集料的黏附性,与氯盐融雪剂的离子侵蚀相比,有机融雪剂中亲油组分乳化和相似相溶的腐蚀性较弱。 To analyze the effect of organic snow-melting agent on the performance of asphalt mixture,three types of organic snow-melting agents including NA-cma,BDS-cma and GA-cma were independently developed.The solution of 20%organic snow-melting agents was prepared to soak AC-13 SBS modified asphalt mixture under the condition of dry-wet and freeze-thaw cycles,while sodium chloride and water were set up as control groups.After erosion,the experiments of high-temperature rutting,low-temperature bending,freeze-thaw splitting and pendulum anti-skid were carried out.The results show that chloride and BDS-cma can improve the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture,whilst NA-cma and GA-cma slightly weaken its high-temperature performance.Results also show that low-temperature performance and moisture susceptibility of asphalt mixture decrease in various degrees,while the skid resistance value exhibits less fluctuation.Analysis suggests that snow-melting agents can weaken the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.Compared to chloride,the causticity of emulsification and dissolution of lipophilic organic components in organic snow-melting agent is weaker.
