磁性波斯菊生物炭制备及降解二甲酚橙性能 被引量:3

摘要 以波斯菊秸秆为生物炭原料,在高温(400℃、500℃、600℃)条件下煅烧成生物炭,利用共沉淀法成功制备了6种负载Fe3O4的波斯菊生物炭(pH9:AC400、AC500、AC600;pH11:BC400、BC500、BC600)。运用XRD对磁性波斯菊生物炭进行表征,研究其非均相Fenton催化降解XO的性能,考察了磁性回收能力和稳定性。结果表明,6种磁性波斯菊生物炭都具有一定的催化性能,其中AC400催化效果最好。最优条件为AC400投加量为1 g/L,H2O2为12 m L,反应体系温度为30℃,降解XO 2 h,XO的降解率达96%。6种磁性波斯菊生物炭对XO的Fenton降解反应符合准一级动力方程。AC400有良好的磁回收能力和稳定性,重复使用6次,XO降解率仍保持在93%以上。 Six kinds of biochars( pH9: AC400,AC500,AC600;pH11: BC400,BC500,BC600) loaded with Fe3O4 were successfully prepared by co precipitation method with the raw material of cosmopolitan straw as raw material and calcined at high temperature( 400 ℃,500 ℃,600 ℃). The magnetic cosmopolitan biochar was characterized by XRD,and its heterogeneous Fenton Catalytic Degradation of XO was studied. The magnetic recovery ability and stability were investigated. The results showed that the six kinds of magnetic cosmopolitan biochars had certain catalytic properties,among which AC400 was the best.The optimal conditions were as follows: the dosage of AC400 was 1 g/L,the H2 O2 was 12 m L,the reaction temperature was 30℃,the degradation rate of XO was 96%. The Fenton degradation of XO by six kinds of magnetic cosmopolitan biochars followed the first-order kinetic equation. AC400 has good magnetic recovery capacity and stability. After being reused for 6 times,the degradation rate of XO is still above 93%.
