摘要
10kV电压等级的配电网一般在变电站内配置断路器,站外配置负荷开关。当站外线路发生相间故障时,整个恢复供电过程一般为1~2h,即使在配置了就地馈线自动化的情况下,整个恢复供电过程也至少为几十秒。这明显不能满足高可靠性供电用户的需求。对此,提出了一种基于站内断路器及站外负荷开关馈线组的配电网保护方法。当配电网发生故障时,变电站侧断路器跳闸并重合闸,紧邻故障点的站外负荷开关在变电站内断路器跳闸和重合闸之间的时段内根据故障时保护特征记忆而跳闸,从而实现故障点隔离及对故障点上游区域的恢复供电,整个过程最快可在2s内完成,且只有1次停电过程。该方法大幅缩短了故障停电时间,完全能满足高可靠性供电用户的需求。
A 10 kV distribution network is generally equipped with a circuit breaker in the station and a load switch outside.When the inter-phase fault occurs in the line outside the station,the whole process of restoring power supply generally takes 1~2 h.Even equipped with local feeder automation system,the entire restoration process also takes at least tens of seconds.These cannot meet the demands from high reliability power supply users.In this paper,aprotection method for distribution grid based on the in-station circuit breaker and outside load switch feeder group was proposed.When a fault occured in the distribution network,the circuit breaker on the substation side tripped and reclosed.The outside load switch next to the fault point trips according to the memory of the protection characteristics of the fault during the period between the circuit breaker trip and reclosing in the substation,thereby achieving the fault point isolation and restoration of power supply to the upstream area of the fault.The whole process can be completed within 2 sat the fastest,and there is only one power outage.This method greatly shortened the power failure time,and could fully met the needs of high reliability power supply users.
