超超临界机组仪表导管设计研究

摘要 通过对中国标准、美国ASME B31.1及欧盟EN13480标准中内压直管最小壁厚计算公式适用条件研究,选定适合于仪表导管壁厚的计算方法,给出超超临界及超超临界二次再热机组仪表导管的推荐设计方案。使设计者可根据被测介质的类别、参数及管路的安装位置进行查表选择或根据此计算方法进行导管壁厚计算。 Based on the research on the applicable conditions of the minimum wall thickness calculation formula of internal pressure straight pipe in China standard GB&DL,ASME B31.1 and EN13480,the calculation method suitable for the wall thickness of instrument pipe is selected,and the recommended design scheme of instrument pipe in ultrasupercritical and ultra-supercritical secondary reheating units is given.In engineering design,the designer can choose according to the type of measured media,parameters and installation position of pipelines or calculate the guide pipe wall thickness according to the advised calculation method.
