摘要
为筛选出香椿芽苗菜生产的适宜光质条件,采用LED光源,设置白光(CK)、红光(R)、蓝光(B)、红蓝复合光R2B8、R5B5和R8B2等6种光质,研究不同光质对香椿芽苗菜生长及其品质的影响。结果表明,红光和红蓝复合光处理显著提高了香椿芽苗菜的芽长、鲜质量及干质量,R处理的芽长最大,R8B2处理的全株鲜质量和干质量最高,分别为1.49 g和0.17 g;红光比例增加有利于芽苗菜可溶性糖的合成,蓝光可以促进芽苗菜可溶性蛋白的合成,100%蓝光处理可溶性蛋白含量最高为20.2 mg·g^-1;蓝光和红蓝混合光处理均促进香椿芽苗菜中抗氧化物质的合成与累积,B处理和R2B8处理维生素C含量分别比对照提高48.03%和42.65%,可溶性总酚含量和总黄酮含量也显著高于对照。综合各项指标,R和R8B2处理可提高香椿芽苗菜产量,而B和R2B8处理可提升香椿芽苗菜品质,生产上可根据实际需求进行红蓝光不同比例调控。
In order to screen out the suitable light quality conditions for the production of toona sinensis sprouts,LED light source was used,six light qualities were set,including white ligh(t CK),red ligh(t R),blue ligh(t B),red and blue composite light R2B8,R5B5 and R8B2,the effects of different light quality on the growth and quality of toona sinensis sprouts were investigated.The results showed that the bud length,fresh weight and dry weight of toona sinensis sprouts were significantly increased under the treatments of red light and red-blue combined light,the bud length was found the longest under the red light treatment,and the fresh and dry weights of the whole plant were discovered the largest when treated by red(R)and blue mixed light(R8B2),which were 1.49 g and 0.17 g,respectively.The increase of red light ratio was beneficial to the synthesis of soluble sugar in sprouts,blue light could promote the synthesis of soluble protein in sprouts.The soluble protein content in 100%blue light treatment was up to 20.2 mg·g^-1.The synthesis and accumulation of antioxidants in toona sinensis sprouts were promoted by blue light and red blue light treatments,the content of vitamin C under blue light(B)and red blue light(R2B8)treatments were increased by 48.03%and 42.65%,respectively,and the content of soluble total phenols and total flavonoids were also significantly higher than those of control.Above all,the output of toona sinensis sprouts could be improved by R and R8B2 treatments,while the quality of toona sinensis sprouts could be improved by B and R2B8 treatments.The red and blue light could be adjusted according to the actual demand in production.
